White Cake

A delicious white cake.  Very nice with the “Brown Sugar Frosting”; also this is the one used as the base for the Raspberry Pudding.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup of Butter
  • 2 Cups White Sugar
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 3 Cups Flour
  • 3 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt

White Cake

Directions:

  1. Cream together: eggs, butter, sugar, vanilla and Milk.  Slowly add flour.
  2. Add salt and baking powder, mix until smooth consistency.
  3. Place in a baking pan.
  4. Bake at 375F for 45 – 60 minutes.
  5. Once cooled top with “Brown Sugar Frosting” or frosting of your choice.
