White Cake
A delicious white cake. Very nice with the “Brown Sugar Frosting”; also this is the one used as the base for the Raspberry Pudding.
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup of Butter
- 2 Cups White Sugar
- 2 Cups Milk
- 4 Large Eggs
- 3 Cups Flour
- 3 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
Directions:
- Cream together: eggs, butter, sugar, vanilla and Milk. Slowly add flour.
- Add salt and baking powder, mix until smooth consistency.
- Place in a baking pan.
- Bake at 375F for 45 – 60 minutes.
- Once cooled top with “Brown Sugar Frosting” or frosting of your choice.
