Chinese Mushroom Medley
Ingredients:
- 2 cups small button mushrooms (cut large ones in half)
- 1 medium onion (cut into large pieces)
- 2 ribs of celery cut julian style (on an angle)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2-4 Tbsp sesame oil
- *2 Tbsp corn starch and water to make thickening slurry
Directions:
- Heat large pan or wok on Med-high heat, add oil.
- Add vegetables and black pepper. Cook until mushrooms are 1/4 cooked. Prepare corn starch slurry and add to wok, stir until sauces thicken.
- Serve with side of Chicken Fried Rice, ginger beef, sesame chicken, etc.
