Ingredients:

  • 2 cups small button mushrooms (cut large ones in half)
  • 1 medium onion (cut into large pieces)
  • 2 ribs of celery cut julian style (on an angle)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2-4 Tbsp sesame oil
  • *2 Tbsp corn starch and water to make thickening slurry

 

Directions:

  1.  Heat large pan or wok on Med-high heat, add oil.
  2. Add vegetables and black pepper.  Cook until mushrooms are 1/4 cooked.  Prepare corn starch slurry and add to wok, stir until sauces thicken.
  3. Serve with side of Chicken Fried Rice, ginger beef, sesame chicken, etc.
