This is a very yummy cake topping. We like to put it on top of white cake.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar (packed)
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 2 Cups Icing Sugar
- Hot Water
Directions:
- Melt butter in saucepan, add brown sugar.
- Bring to a boil then lower heat to med-low and boil for 2 minutes (stirring constantly).
- Add the milk and bring to a boil.
- Cool to luke water temp, then gradually add icing sugar.
- Beat until thick frosting consistency.
