- 2 tbsp kosher or coarse salt
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp dried tarragon
Mix all the above ingredients and store in a spice container.
Directions:
- 1 Salmon fillet
- 3 tbsp of Salmon rub
- Set salmon down on soaked cedar plank.
- Season with Salmon rub.
- Place plank on preheated grill with low to med heat.
- Grill for 10 to 20 minutes with lid closed, until Salmon Flakes easily.
