• 2 tbsp kosher or coarse salt
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp dried basil
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp dried tarragon

Mix all the above ingredients and store in a spice container.

 

Directions:

  1. 1 Salmon fillet
  2. 3 tbsp of Salmon rub 
  3. Set salmon down on soaked cedar plank. 
  4. Season with Salmon rub. 
  5. Place plank on preheated grill with low to med heat.
  6. Grill for 10 to 20 minutes with lid closed, until Salmon Flakes easily.
