This is a very yummy cake topping.  We like to put it on top of white cake.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar (packed)
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 2 Cups Icing Sugar
  • Hot Water

White Cake

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in saucepan, add brown sugar.
  2. Bring to a boil then lower heat to med-low and boil for 2 minutes (stirring constantly).
  3. Add the milk and bring to a boil.
  4. Cool to luke water temp, then gradually add icing sugar.
  5. Beat until thick frosting consistency.
