This is one of my favourite things to eat along side with roast beef or prime rib. Although this recipe is delicious it is a little messy to make.
Yorkshire pudding, also known as ‘pockets’, is a dish that originated in Yorkshire, England. It is made from batter and usually served with roast beef and gravy.
Ingredients:
- 1 part Whole Eggs (crack eggs into measuring cup, note level and use this level for other ingredients).
- 1 part milk.
- 1 part sifted flour.
- 1 tsp salt.
Directions:
- Preheat oven at 450 degrees F.
- Beat eggs until light, add salt, and milk. Add flour, blend until smooth.
- Place 1 tsp, of oil in each muffin tin, and heat until bubbling in oven.
- Remove and spoon mixture into muffin tins (about 1/2 full) and bake for 20 minutes.
