Sirop Au Caramel
Best ever. Pour on top of chocolate cake or simply dip fresh baked bread in the sauce. (c’est beau et c’est bon!) |
Ingredients:
- 3 cups Brown sugar
- 1tbsp Butter
- 350ml can of evaporated milk
Direction:
- Combine all ingredients in a microwave save bowl.
- Microwave for one minute. Then mix, making sure to clean edges of bowl.
- Repeat for another minute. (Depending on your microwave. If it starts to crystallize it’s too much time.)
- Repeat for 30 seconds two more times. (It will all depend on your microwave power so keep an eye on it
If the next day your sirop is crystallized it was over cooked.
