Pink Pasta
This has been one of my favourite pasta dishes for many years. It is quite simple to make with little prep time.
Best served with fettuccini noodles.

Ingredients

Cans of Mushroom Soup

Cans of tomato soup

Chicken Breasts or thights
(Thawed, double cooking time if adding frozen)

Fresh chopped mushrooms

Chopped Garlic
(or two cloves)

Black Pepper

Servings of Fettuccini noodles
(or any style you prefer)
Instructions

Mix mushroom soup, tomato soup, pepper, garlic, and chicken in a dudtch oven pot or any heavy oven safe disk with lid.

Cube up raw chicken, add to dish. If you dont cube up chicken add 30min-1 hr to the cooking time.

Cover and place in oven. Cook at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. NOTE: double cooking time if adding frozen chicken pieces.

Half way stir mixture and check chicken. If you cooked the chicken pieces whole, then chop up chicken breasts to desired bite size.

Cook fettuccini noodles and top with sauce and chicken. Garnish with chopped green onions. Serves well with garlic toast.
