Instructions

In a bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and vanilla.

Beat in egg and corn syrup.

Spoon raisins into tart shells.

Pour the filling into tart shell 2/3 full. Overfilling will cause spill over while baking.

Bake at 375F for 15 - 18 minutes or until lightly browned.
