Pam’s Fabulous Stuffing
This is a great stuffing recipe that Pam makes.
Turkey stuffing usually consists of bread crumbs or cubed, dried bread, with onion, celery, salt, pepper, and other spices and herbs such as sage or a mixture like poultry seasoning.

Ingredients

Bread Crumbs
(3-4 days old)

Raisons

Fresh Parsley

Butter

Turkey Drippings
(or Chicken Broth)
Instructions

Chop bread crumbs in a blender until medium consistency.

Chop parsley and set aside.

Chop onion to a medium / fine, and cook in butter until translucent, add parsley when onions are almost done; add to bread crumbs.

Add raison to mixture.

Add Turkey drippings or chicken broth to mixture until the right consistency. Amount will depend on how dry the bread crumbs are.

Mix should hold form but not soggy or greasy.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 1/2 hour covered with foil.
